The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) has announced an extension of the COVID-related product exclusions in the China Section 301 Investigation.
Previously, the exclusions were scheduled to expire on November 30, 2022, however, they have been extended to February 28, 2023. This 90-day extension comes in response to continued efforts to combat COVID as the exclusions include 81 medical-care products which were granted on December 29, 2020.
