Update: Port of Manzanillo Operations Following Earthquake

September 20, 2022 – The Port of Manzanillo has announced their schedule for resuming services following the closure yesterday as a result of an earthquake.
Mexican authorities are completing safety inspections of facilities, including the Manzanillo Buckland office. Buckland Customer Service Representatives are working remotely to reschedule appointments which were lost at the Manzanillo port following the closure.
In order to minimize the potential impact of this situation, it is advised that you reach out your Buckland Service Representative to prioritize shipments.
Buckland will continue to monitor situation and provide relevant updates as they are available.

    • Current Status: Operations being halted until buildings and critical infrastructure are clear to work

    • Plan: Operations to resume for exports 09/20/2022 at 16:00hrs,and for imports 09/21/2022
    • Current Status: Operations halted until further notice from Terminal
  • OCUPA
    • Plan: Operations to resume second shift of 09/19/2022
    • Current Status: Operations halted until buildings and critical infrastructure are clear to work
