As a result of the thunderstorms that took place throughout the night of May 17, 2021, in Laredo, the World Trade Bridge, and Colombia Solidarity Bridge are presently experiencing power outages.
During this outage, the Bridges are operating with the use of generators however shipment processing has been impacted and delays can be expected until the power is restored. In addition to this, the SAT (Servicio de Administración Tributaria) system is presently experiencing an outage and is only able to process empties.
