Additional Exclusions for Section 301 Granted

July 9, 2019 – As part of the ongoing trade negotiations, the United States has imposed duties on an additional $34 billion worth of goods from China.

In the July 9, 2019 issue of the Federal Register, the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) announced that additional exclusions as part of the Section 301 investigation of ‘China’s acts, policies, and practices related to technology transfer, intellectual property, and innovation’.
