September 6, 2024. Please be advised that, starting September 6, 2024, the Customs Office at Felipe Ángeles International Airport has implemented a new measure regarding individual Overtime Service (O.S.) requests. From this date forward, it will be mandatory to declare transportation data for O.S. requests to be accepted by customs authorities.
If you do not have the truck information before 4:00 pm, it is suggested to submit a weekly request considering two days of O.S. to avoid rejection of your requests and minimize the impact on your operations.
Additionally, please ensure that this notice is communicated to your transport lines, as they should refrain from making changes to units after the O.S. requests have been submitted. Failure to comply may subject us to the customs authority’s discretion during the processing of your declarations.
