The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) has announced that Phase VI of the Lacey Act enforcement schedule will be implemented on Friday, October 1, 2021.
As part of Phase VI, a plant import declaration or valid disclaim will be required for additional products including some essential oils, additional musical instruments, new wooden pallets and more (listed below) imported into the United States.
