The Portal provides our customers with immediate access to documents including invoices and shipment backup 24/7 through a secure online portal. Reports can be generated and downloaded in real-time, ensuring that our customers always have visibility to their information.
Upon logging into the improved Client Portal, users will note a significant change in the speed of generating both Canadian and US reports.
A few highlights of this change to note:
- Processing time to generate reports takes an average of 55% less time
- Field for Entry Type has been added to the ‘Canadian Daily Release Count’ report
