November 11, 2023 – Recently, a cybersecurity incident occurred at the IPM terminal at the Altamira Port in Mexico. This incident impacted several systems and applications which have resulted in delays during the customs clearance process and processing of FCL on time.
To minimize the potential impact of this situation, it is advised that you reach out to your Buckland Service Representative to prioritize your shipments. Buckland will continue to monitor the situation and provide relevant updates as they are available.
