Yesterday, the United States Trade Representative released their finalized list of approximately $16 billion worth of imports from China that will be subject to 25% tariffs. The list (second tranche) contains 279 of the original 284 tariff lines that were on the proposed list which was released on June 15. The additional duties on Chinese imports will be collected by the US Customs and Border Protection as of August 23, 2018.
