Each WOO (Work Order Out) shipments require by process to take a picture of Loaded Trailer before dispatching from Buckland facilities and are store in our portal.
These pictures often provide invaluable information about our loading process.
All information regarding Inbound (WOI) materials up to Part Number, Quantity, Supplier, BL/ProID, Freight, Date and hour of arrival and documents.
Also all information about Work Order Outs.
Yes, system offers status from moment of arrival, WOI generation, arrival of WOI, WOO creation, loading status to Dispatch. All elective to receive email per user by status.

Yes. All shipments are subject to inspections to validate Quantity of pallets/bulks and confirm information on BL. All Crossdock operations are done in coordination with Empty Trailer where goods will be load transfer on a side-by-side dock door to successfully complete maneuvers accurately and on time.
Our WMS has special electronic feature where all WOI selected for WOO are process a loading pallet per pallet cases. When a mismatch happens system triggers alert to our Warehouse Forkligt/scanner revisor to manage any discrepancy and report to Warehouse Supervisor.
