18. Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA)

Released on December 5, 2018 – The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement is a free-trade agreement between Canada, the European Union and the EU’s member states which has eliminated 98% of the tariffs between Canada and the EU. Our guest, Geoffrey Green provides listeners with an update of how this agreement has impacted trade between the partners since it was provisionally applied in 2017.
