September 5, 2024. Please be advised that several CBSA commercial systems will undergo scheduled maintenance on Saturday, September 7, 2024, from 01:30 (ET) to 09:00 (ET). During this time, the following systems will be unavailable:
- Accelerated Commercial Release Operations Support System (ACROSS)
- eManifest Portal
- Canadian Export Reporting System (CERS) Portal
- Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
CBSA has contingency plans in place to ensure trade processing continues without compromising Canada’s safety and security. Frontline operations will implement mitigation measures to expedite processing, including manual verifications if required. The maintenance will occur overnight during non-peak hours to minimize disruption. CBSA will work collaboratively to facilitate border clearances until the systems are back online.
Please note the PARS tracker on the Buckland website will not show status updates to shipment statuses during the system outage as the messages will not be received until maintenance is complete.
